DC 500 ARE is a multipurpose direct current (DC) Thyristor Controlled Welding Machine which is used for heavy construction site conditions, shipyard, boiler, tank, pipe and steel construction welding, maintenance and repair works, assembly works, on-site manufacturing and heavy industry. It can weld uncovered rutile, basic and cellulosic, non-alloyed, low alloy and stainless steel electrode 2.5mm to 4.0 mm diameter.

*It has termal production for overheating.
* Rutile, Basic, Cellulosic and Carbon electrode burning option select on the screen and Hot Start and ARC Force settings are set automatically and also the user can set and save the parameters according to his needs.
*Ampere value entered digital screen before welding, thanks to the ampere tracking system, keeps the output current constant, regardless of the electrode diameter used.
* Provides carbon cutting and grooving.
* Comfortable mobility even on rough surfaces thanks to two large wheels on the back, providing easy loading and unloading with lifting eye on the machine..
