Usage Area:
120 KVA Seam Spot Welding Machine is a pneumatic compression type welding machine used with 2 + 2 mm thickness mild steel and 1.5+ 1.5 mm thickness stainless steel 120 KVA Seam Spot Welding Machine is used for Seal required product manufacturing such as solar heater, water storage, diesel oil storage, exhaust, filter, panel radiator and oil heating radiator, as well as metal water balloon used in marble quarries.
General Features:
* Operating mains voltage 2x380 V - 50 Hz.
* Provides leak-free spot weld For 2 + 2 mm in mild steel, 1.5 + 1.5 mm stainless steel
* Transformer is manufactured from siliceous sheet and electrolytic glass fiber protected copper.
* Digital microprocessor control provides precision ampere setting. By the duration of the welding is ensured the desired continuous standard welding quality. At the same, thanks to microprocessor which set time space between two welding period as user desired.
*Thanks to the pneumatic piston that provides to stronger compression force.
*The transformer, Thyristor driver control box and spot tips are water cooled.
* The body is strong and resistant against impact.
* IP 21 S is designed to meet TSE EN 60974-1, EN 60974-10 and CE safety standards.
